I use these every time I go to the pool (which is a lot)! I get a fantastic workout! They are super durable, and provide amazing resistance. Two thumbs up! I have both the hand held Hydrobells, and the ones for the legs. They're nothing short of amazing.

Arrived intact. We use them alot while in the pool. Lightweight, easy to hold. Good size. You really get a good workout.

Gives great workout in pool. The little black bits on the end keep falling off....it doesnt' affect how they work, but annoying

Bought these for my husband. Was told the U.S.A Olympic swim team uses these for upper body muscle toning. They really work! The harder a person works these in the pool water the more resistance is generated. Wow!
