Excellent product, non stick, sturdy recommended. Will try to get another size.

First one lost its non stick coating on first use. Replacement requested and once again the coating come off during first use. One at 180 fan and one at 160 fan. Coating broke down during cooking and was stuck to the joint of meat. Refund issued and ordered a different product from other manufacturer. I have other trays and baking from this range and they have been used for a few years, so disappointing tha this product doesn’t appear to be of the same quality.

Love this roasting tin, it’s great quality, size is perfect and so easy to clean after use.

After stumbling upon this pan again after buying it in 2013, I saw some of the critical reviews and images and thought I would post some pics of my pan after seven years of abuse. Firstly it is a roasting pan, it is going to get marked and not look brand new after you use it a few times. It has to sit in the oven at the highest temps, get splattered with oils, when the oil is overheated, it turns into a polymer that is insoluble in water, even with soap. Mine gets other pans on top of it when stored, in tossed in the sink with cultyry on top before it is washed up, I have roasted with the rack and directly on the base then used it on the hob to make gravy, baked bread on it, pretty much everything you can do with it, I have done. Oh, top tip: turn the rack thing upside down, place in the tray and cook a pizza on it, letting the heat blow all around the pizza base, with the tray catching any drips of cheese and sauce. And yes, it does have some marks (more than a few) but they are not dirty, the marks are as hard as the pan itself, if i scrubbed and scrubbed with something abrasive then yes I would probably be able to get rid of them, but it would remove the non-stick, look awful and provide no protection at all. It is still non-stick though, and I still use it multiple times a week, and I will for a few more years yet :)

This survived this Christmas, a 4.5kg Goose, several lamb joints and is still working now into February. It’s dishwasher safe, and can fit into a decently sized oven (You do not need a range or giant oven to use this) and it elevates any waterfowl enough to allow grease to pool underneath without touching the meat.

I ordered this item on the 19th Dec 2024 for our Christmas roast and it was perfect on first use and cleaned up wonderfully easily. It has been used a second time for a Sunday roast today on 16th of Feb and during the hand washing the non-stick lining is bubbling and flaking off in a number of different places. It is as if the coating is not fully bonded to the under surface. I hate to think that we may have ingested that flaked coating in the cooking juices used for gravy. Really disappointed as the item on first use was ideal.

Lovely size tray but... When washing it after use, the none stick started peeling off which was very disappointing for the price that was paid.

Ce plat paraissait de qualité, hors lors de la toute première utilisation pour la cuisson d une volaille au réveillon de Noël, et pourtant à plutôt basse température, le premier revêtement a commencé à se soulever et s écailler à un endroit puis ça a continué sur plusieurs endroits. Voir photos. Donc de mauvaise qualité.. seule la grille est costaud. Je ne recommande donc pas ce produit d autant qu'il est cher...je pensais justement que le prix élevé justifierait une qualité irréprochable. Je suis très déçue et souhaiterais être remboursée.

passati almeno 4 o 5 anni di utilizzo non continuativo di certo ma una 20ina di volte di sicuro, la teglia è ancora in ottimo stato. Chiaro che cmq va impiegata con la sua griglia anche perchè è per quello che si è acquistata al posto di una teglia senza griglia. sotto la griglia è normale non ci debba stare nulla: patate che raccolgono il grasso??? anche no grazie. dove appoggia la griglia è stato portato via il rivestimento ...ma qual'è il problema? non è a contatto con il cibo. pulizia da fredda senza problemi, i residui vengono via senza difficoltà. c'è da aggiungere che comunque io la impiego per lunghe cotture a bassa temperatura. magari per impieghi più gravosi bisogna cercare una teglia con rivestimento più spesso. in ogni caso appena dovesse essere necessario cambiarla la ricomprerò, per il mio utilizzo va benissimo

We loved this pan when we got it a few months ago. Our problem is we have only had it a few months and the non-stick coating is already chipping away. We have always hand washed with a soft sponge so there is zero reason for this. Either we have a defective pan or it is just overall poor quality. It is just so disappointing.

Fuente práctica para asados. La carne no toca el resto de ingredientes (por tanto la carne se asa y no se cuece en liquidos) gracias a la rejilla. Tamaño adecuado usado para un horno estándar
