Why won't it turn on even though it on charge

If the power is on, and the mode is set to play a CD with a blue background light, it should play the CD. If there is no light and the CD doesn’t spin you could try changing the fuse in the plug, and if that doesn’t work the player may have a fault.

The ad says this device is portable, how long does it take to charge and how long does the battery last once fully charged?
