used the rods for depron aircraft
i wanted some carbon fiber rod for reinforcement of small depron foam rc aircraft so i can't say if its good for helicopters or not. the rod lengths are 330mm x 3mm each and you get 4 of those and the balls are foam with a hole drilled through and are 1 1/2 inches in diameter, you also get a bag with some cable ties and the 'hub' that you push the rods into and some small disks that push over the rods either side of the balls to keep them on. will order more when i need more rods.
