These embroidery needles are first rate! Nice and sharp with a large eye for easy threading.

It’s really hard to get long, thin, sharp needles these days, but these are absolutely brilliant. Suitable for all kinds of hand, sewing projects. The eye of these is slightly on the smaller size but threaded with no problem. Should last me for ages. Very happy customer, delighted with purchase, would definitely recommend and buy again.

I got these to do english paper piecing patchwork, as the actual quilting needles are so tiny, my hands were getting numb trying to grip them! I saw someone had recommended these, and they are brilliant. They are the same diameters as the quilting needles, but just that bit longer, and so much easier to work with. Yes longer needles are a bit slower to work with, but Im not doing this for profit, just for own pleasure so not an issue for me. I also bought some adhesive grip it dots. These are small clear sticky pads you put on your fingers to help grip the needle. This has me helped well, but does make tying a knot at the end a bit harder! As for the actual needles, they are well made, smooth, and dont bend or break so far, so an excellent choice. I shall be sticking to these bigger needles from now on.

I love these needles. The #7 is great for Sulky cotton in my embroidery and when I'm doing running stitches. Also much easier to do French and Coonial knots with these.

😍 Nada que ver hacer un nudo francés con una de estas agujas a hacerlos con una aguja de bordar convencional. Como la parte donde va el ojo de la aguja tiene exactamente el mismo grosor que el resto de la aguja el hilo desliza como si llevase mantequilla 🤣. En serio, no hace la más mínima resistencia al pasar los hilos por el final de la aguja como pasa con una aguja de bordar normal y eso cambia completamente la forma de bordar. He intentado enseñarlo en vídeo y no sé si se aprecia, pero en el momento de cerrar el nudo la aguja desliza tan suave, tan fluida que ni te enteras. Fijate que no solo estoy haciendo nudo francés sino que lo estoy haciendo sobre una parte que ya está bordada con puntada larga y corta muy tupida. Con una aguja de bordar normal cuesta atravesar la tela con el bordado, por afilada que esté la aguja. Estas son tan finitas que pasan como si nada. ESO SI, LOS OJOS DE LAS AGUJAS SON MINÚSCULOS Y NECESITO ENHEBRADOR Incluso para una sola hebra de hilo mouliné, que es lo que estoy usando en el vídeo. Yo enhebro sin ayuda las agujas normales de bordar del número 9 que son muy finitas y soy capaz de pasar dos hebras a pulso sin usar enhebrador a pesar de que son agujas que normalmente se usan con una sola hebra. En cambio con estas agujas, como tienen el ojo MUY pequeñito si que necesito enhebrador y aún así la hebra pasa muy justita. Tanto es así que las primeras veces que enhebré una de las agujas más finas del pack (que también son del número 9) pensé que iba a romperla al sacar el enhebrador. Parece que solo fue la impresión, porque llevo ya un par de horas bordando y no se ha roto ☺️. TAMBIEN PARA PUNTADA BULLION Por lo que he podido ver las más grandes van a ser también perfectas para puntada de gusanito (Bullion) por la misma razón, porque no se atasca el final de la aguja a la hora de deslizar los hilos para acabar la puntada. Muy recomendables.

Great needles

Parfaites, pour des projets spécifiques comme la broderie or, pour certaines cannetilles très étroites, par exemple, car le chas est de la même largeur que le reste de l'aiguille. Il ne déforme donc pas la cannetille. De plus ces aiguilles sont longues, donc confortables à utiliser sur la durée. Enfin, elles sont résistantes dans le temps et ne rouillent pas.
