I highly advise looking up how to change your CPU speeds (which can be done from settings). The biggest issue is it overheating and causing damage to the cpu, and that's because by default it's set to have the cpu run at 100% capacity all of the time. I changed the minimum CPU run rate to 5% and the maximum to 95%, which makes it so that when you are just casually using your computer it will use very little power and won't overheat. It'll kick up in power if gaming, but it won't constantly be maxing out for every game like it was set at before. Review: STopped working out of the blue - I do not use this computer for gaming mainly just video editing. First a few months ago the dual screen function stopped working now it will not even turn on.

Solved: Critical Fix For Overheating

Overall pretty solid
I managed to snag this thing before it was outrageous in price and I’ve definitely got my moneys worth. So be warned to anyone looking to get this that it isn’t nearly as upgradable as HP claims it to be, it comes stock with a single exhaust fan which is a 92mm, there is room for another 120mm fan but that’s it, I’ve ended up setting another 120mm fan at the bottom of the case as a result; it runs pretty hot right out of the box (not terribly though). The Cpu cooler is also not the best, the bit that rests atop the cpu is round and doesn’t cover the entire face which messes with the cooling capability. Overall I’d recommend upgrading the case, cpu cooler, motherboard (not extremely necessary) and the psu

Great pc.
Love it. Added a few fans for cooling. Work great for the 1400 price point.

Don’t get the negative reviews, this PC is a beast. *UPDATE*
I received it and it was packaged nicely. It came with everything it was listed to have. AMD Ryzen 7, Radeon 5700, 16 GB of RAM. The computer runs like a beast. I’ve had no issues running almost every game maxed out. I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying that it wasn’t working for them like blue screening, windows not loading, etc. but I haven’t had any issues like that. I’ve tested RDR2, Borderlands 2, DOOM Eternal, CoD: MW and Cold War, and some VR games like Beat Saber, Blade & Sorcery and Half Life: Alyx. All of them run like champs. RDR2 can run almost maxed out, but I usually crank it down just a little bit to get the most FPS. The system runs quietly, the fans do ramp up occasionally but that’s obviously going to happen. They usually slow back down and it’s quiet once again. This system does come equipped with only two RAM slots, so if you plan on upgrading to 32, make sure to purchase two 16 GB sticks. RGB is in there. However, it’s really just a light in the top of the case that illuminates everything. Not a huge fan, but it still looks nice watching the colors cycle. I haven’t tested OC’ing, mainly because I just haven’t needed to. Everything runs smoothly and super fast. Webpages load extremely fast, from powered off to fully booted up and running takes all of maybe 15 seconds for me. It really is an all around great PC, with full upgradability. I do plan on swapping the 5700 with either an RTX 3070 or 3080 whenever they’re available for their actual retail price. I don’t understand the reviews that are talking negatively about this PC, but from my experience so far, it’s been extremely satisfying for me. My recommendation is if you do decide to get this PC, make sure update your drivers for things like the graphics card, CPU, etc. to ensure you get the most performance out of it before launching into your favorite game. UPDATE: Lowered my star rating to three stars. My PC started to shutdown due to the CPU overheating (it would idle at 65 degrees Celsius and then jump to 89 as soon as a tried to interact with a webpage in Google Chrome.) I removed the cooler, where the CPU then came out with the cooler because it was adhered to the bottom of it. Luckily, none of the pins got bent. I found that the thermal paste was more around the edges of the CPU rather than in the middle, which may have been what was causing it to overheat. Will be applying some new thermal paste and fingered crossed it fixes the issue. Will update if it doesn’t.

Great purchase so far
It does run warm. Def recommend buying some Additional fans. Does run really well not to loud. No issue so far and use it daily for several hours
