If I brought two tanks would I get both colours?

I would buy and then immediately contact the seller requesting two different colours, or the same colour.Purchased this for my 8 year old grandson to play with small green army sets and he loved it.

do the tracks go round on the tank?

No, the tracks do not go round.It has four wheels underneath for the friction to make the tank run.The tracks would probably not stay on if the tracks moved.Our 4 year old grandson loves playing with his,he has 2,one in each colour.Quite a robust toy and we thought it was good value. Arrived very quickly,too.
