Super fun and easy to teach game about completing dogs spots before your opponents! :)
Spots is such a fun game. We mainly play 2 player, but it also plays great at 3 and 4 players. Spots is a very easy game to play and teach. The game is basically rolling dice to complete the spots on cute little dogs and the first person to complete 6 dog cards wins. That seems easy, but with the variance in rules and options for turn rounds, it is easy to get wiped clean and have to start all over again if you are a risky player. It doesn't take too much thought when playing, so you can actually have a conversation while playing and the size is perfect for traveling with. We usually use the box top and bottom to corral the dice when rolling, so as not to lose any of the dice. This game never gets old, because there are a lot of game play options that switch in and out for a wide variety of turn options. It is also just a fun game that doesn't cause people stress when losing because it is fast and easy to start a new game. Plus it is a lot of fun for all ages no matter if you win or lose. :) Oh yeah, there are cute little red wooden dog bones you can acquire to provide you with more turns to roll the dice. Boneeeples are the cutest!

Great Family Game
Easy to learn, fun to play. A great game for all ages. The game-play is super fun and the illustrations are brilliant. It has risk-taking elements of "Cosmic Wimpout" and enough strategy to keep it interesting. Lots of variations, as there are plenty of different cards to make each game unique. Always a lot of laughs, especially if you love dogs. Highly recommended game for the family.

Excellent game!
Great risk/reward game! We easily own a hundred board/card games, and this is one of our favorites. It is also an easy game to teach others that are not avid game players! The graphics are super cute and it's so much fun to play. Everything fits perfectly into the box, which is a great size for taking on the go if you should desire. Fun story: my daughter has a stuffed dog she named 'Spotsy', so my husband added a 'Y' to our box.

Great game for all ages!
I love this game and so does everyone I’ve played it with. It’s simple to pick up, has amazing artwork, and a lot of meaningful choices without being overwhelming. There is strategy involved but it is not a super complex game so perfect as a filler or warmup game or for people who normally stick to standard big name board games. The box/footprint is also small so it is very portable and doesn’t take up a lot of space on the shelf, which I appreciate. It also doesn’t feel like there is too much downtime between turns and the turns of other people are interesting to watch.

Surprisingly fun game for all ages
The game play is pretty easy for kids from 4 to adults. The directions are simple. But I like that it can vary the tricks so the rules of each game add variety and keep it from getting boring. My daughter and I sometimes play multiple times in a row. While this game doesn’t require too much skill, it’s a nice game of luck. The dog cards are so cute. I love that it all fits in one easy box. I often bring this game with us as we go to parties so the kids can try something new.

Fun game with strategy, but fast paced!
Fun game that is easy to pick up by many age groups. Great family game but also fun to play with friends. There is strategy, but the game is not so complex that it stiffles conversation. Each turn goes pretty fast, but an entire game takes at least 25 to 35 minutes. (Is playing with more than two people.)

Can Be Played With Five!
Very fun game for people who enjoy the "push your luck" style. At first, we played with five people and while the game only supports up to four players, we decided to play until two tricks remained, placed a treat on both remaining tricks, and then reset all tricks. We also added in ten more dice and five more treats to keep the ratio for the additional fifth player. This seemed to work quite well and we didn't feel like there was any imbalance. So, if you're looking for a five player game, yes, this game can work! My only other thought would be that it would be nice to have an additional "red" trick alongside "howl" and "roll over" which would be something along the lines of allowing a player to swap out an unfinished dog card. That could open up more gameplay opportunities especially if you got stuck with a difficult card to finish.

Fantastic game. Best for 2 players.
Absolutely fantastic game, especially for 2 players. At first it seems like a very random game, but it is actually very strategic and tactical. A good player will almost always beat a newer player -- but since there is randomness involved, the newer player will never feel hopeless. The games are short and satisfying.
