Cooling fan Making Noise The vender Changed the cooling fan also Gave Antivirus Macafe as promissed
Laptop is working in good Condition, Cooling fan makes noise sometimes, crack frame near screen.Laptop Boots Fast, Keyboard keys functions well, rest all peripherals work fine. Charger given as promised.Comes with warranty once registered with vender have registered complain waiting for reply and support.

The mouse is not responsive at all.The screen keeps blacking out.The whole system is really slow.Cannot run any applications on it.Short battery life

Too much disappointed. PATHETIC
This is very very disappointing. After a month of using the laptop, its keypad stopped working. After that I called customer care continuously. But till date no one picked up the call. Money totally wasted . Will never suggest anyone in furure for refurbished laptops specially from LENOVO...

Product is not good
The sound of the laptop is not so good and the speaker is also not so good and the customer care support is also unresponsive and the laptop also shuts down suddenly in the middle of work.
