How do I use to open the door on 57 transit please

Put the tibbe key in the door move 1 to 5 round till it’s floppy open door

Would this work for a bonnet lock that wont open with the key?

It works in the door and ignition, I haven't tried it in the bonnet lock, but there's no reason why it shouldn't work.
