Setting up an account and submitting sample was simple to do. Results were available within reasonable time. Tested for wide range of items , with results seeming accurate to provide improvement after making dietary changes indicated. Overall, a helpful and worthwhile test.

All you need is a few hairs from your head, chest, arms or legs, does not matter…instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Just put the hair in a ziploc bag, put in the provided envelope and attach the bar code paper provided. You will need to provide your email address as this is where they will send you the results. It took about 2 weeks since I sent the hair and received the email confirmation. It takes 3-5 days for them to sen you the results from that point. It’s really helpfull and never thought some foods can have such effect on my health. I highly recommend this product! AMAZING!

So I purchased this food sensitivity test with a bit of sceptism, and really was more curious to see if it would pick up on the items that I was thinking were the main culprits! I did not put down any known sensitivities on the form before hand,mainly because all my sensitivities were just guesses on my behalf! I always thought I was sensitive to sesame seeds and oil- it picked up on that as a high sensitivity,also gluten,and all dairy appart from eggs,I had long suspected both milk and gluten and had cut out gluten already. The dairy I shall miss! But have tried searching milk which i like so won't be a problem,but cutting out cheese shall be a bitter pill to swallow. The only meat flagged up was pork, which I have always had issues with digesting. Chick peas were on the high sensitivity chart and after my last bad flare up of ulcerative colitis,I suspected they could have been the culprit,only because I had eaten so many of them in stews over that time. Now, I still eat them but in moderation. Strawberries were also flagged up, and as a high histamine food its possible. All in all, I have been very impressed the results came back within 4 days of posting and were very comprehensive and easy to understand.

will never buy again I had to send a sample off 3 times to be told they had not received last sample sent 4th December 2024 , when was asked why I have not heard anything I was told they had not received the sample this took 5 months to get a sample finally tested, I had contacted them via email as said I would get a text or email when sample was received never did apparently only takes a week, I was told I don’t know how to post the sample like I’ve never sent a letter before and even accused of tampering with the envelope, 3 separate times I sent samples and 3 times I had no results over a 5 month period to then be ignored when I contacted them asking why 3 of my samples can apparently be lost in the post, I finally received the email with results randomly on 24th Jan 2025 nearly 2 months after the 3rd sample had been sent. If your willing to send multiple samples and constantly chase this company and be told your stupid then this is the company for you if not look else where
