good pots to use if you are trying portion control. Pretty and different colours depending on what its for. Easy to keep in storage and functions as expected. Good size and easy to open and use. Quite sturdy.

I purchased the portion control tubs as I am currently in the first week of 21 day fix. These were a lot cheaper than the “official” 21 day fix tubs so I thought at the end of the day, tubs are tubs why pay double for official ones when I can save a bit of cash buying these instead. I was pleased with the quality of the tubs, they aren’t flimsy or throw away tubs. They are like the tubs you would be from say, Tesco’s own range of tubs. They are solid and the lids all clicked on and off with ease and the lids click right back on again with the minimal amount of effort so I feel confident there will not be any leakages. Each tub is marked with food group and capacity of said food group to put into said tub. Now seeing that these are for a strict diet and fitness programme, I will be using these as my DAILY allowance, per tub. Some may use them as a guide to allowance per MEAL. Some may just use them as cute little tubs to store nuts and fruit for their children to take as a healthy snack. *additional points* -I must point out, the official 21 day fix system provides a red tub (3/4th of a cup) for protein and a purple tub for fruit (1cup allowance). These non official ones have in fact got a RED tub for fruit and the protein tub is PURPLE so these two are not consistent with the official 21 day fix and colours. BUT, that said, the recommend quantities are still the same so all that has happened is there is a switch in colour between the fruit and protein tubs but the quantities are fine. 1cup of fruit and 3/4 protein allowance. - You do not use the tubs as a guide to measuring the food. You are best to use a cup to measure the food, so don’t fill the tubs up blindly, if using as part of 21 day fix you need to measure the food before placing it into the tubs. -There was no booklet or literature included along the lines of suggestions, foods OK to use in each tub. This would have been a nice addition to the purchase, the 21 day fix plan does have a booklet with recipes and how to combine the pots to make your daily meals etc but Since I didn’t purchase the official tubs from them I haven’t got this information so you will need to google what is ok and not ok to put into the tubs. I did wash them before use and they wash up nice with no loss of lettering, so far. I’m very pleased with my purchase and if you’re looking to save some money but not sacrifice good quality then these are your pots! Good luck

Absolutely thrilled with my pots! They stack perfectly together so won't take up space in my cupboards from Feb onwards when I've given up on eating healthily. They also not only have the food type labels such as 'Fruits', 'Veggies' etc, but also the US style cup measurements on the other side, you know, for making cakes. They're pretty sturdy and get a good seal on the lids, which makes a satisfying 'pop' when opened. Great quality, especially for such a good price. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Would recommend.

Starting healthy eating again and these are ideals I am not treat with portion control. They are qui k and easy and using these means you get a controlled amount with out spending the time weighing everything out. Would definitely order again. Although would add the package states the plastic is not supposed to take on the smell of food. It definately does found this out when using the tiny pots for salad dressing etc.. Only downside though.

These are great to help with portion control of different food groups but the writing wears off quickly even when you clean them carefully. It's great that they nest into the larger cups to take up less space. I have stopped using them because of the faded writing because if you can't tell what should be in each cup then you can't get the right sized portion. If you were to keep track of what each cup should contain or label them yourself this would not be an issue. I still recommend these as they are still functional and helpful.

Bought these as they were cheaper than the 21 body fix ones but they're the same sizes, only difference is the seeds/nuts is a different colour, as well as the protein and fruit pots. The other three pots match in colour :) not sure these are leak proof but I am only using them for measuring and not for carrying around!

Sehr schöne Dosen und eine super Idee. Aber leider sind die Beschriftungen abgegangen nach dem ersten mal in der Spülmaschine. In der Artikelbeschreibung stand zwar spülmaschinenfest dies gilt anscheinend nicht für die Beschriftung, schade.

i prodotti sono di buona fattura e li ho scelti in quanto sono gli unici disponibili che ho trovato in versione rotonda: li trovo personalmente più comodi da lavare e riporre. i coperchi sono molto rigidi. sui contenitori sono scritti la tipologia alimentare, il volume in cups e in ml (comodissimo). i due più piccoli corrispondono a due tbsp (tutto indicato). i colori sono leggermente diversi dal kit originale ma non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema a usarli. il viola originale = frutta qui è rosso il rosso originale = proteine qui è viola il giallo originale = carboidrati qui è arancione gli arancioni originali = semi e dressing qui sono gialli

Mesdames, messieurs. N'acheter pas cette article j'étais choquer quand j'ai reçu les boîtes rien de mieux que de se payer une nutritionniste ou de s'acheter un livre pour avoir des conseils nutritionnels sûre comparer à c'est boîte ridicule qui au final vont tellement vous restreindre que sa vous en créra des troubles alimentaires a coup sûre ! Une fois que vous aurez arrêter de les utiliser vous reprendrez le poids que vous aurez perdue...
