I'm sorry I cannot be more helpful. **Q: How often do you use the cleaning tablets?** A: Like others have said, my Jura model, and I think all for that matter, will prompt you when it's time to do a cleaning cycle. To a degree how many coffee's it's making will dictate when the machine tells you.
