If you were using this is a water feature for a diorama, does the liquid not seep through the bottom of a shoe box?

I did buy this for my daughter to use in a diorama. It did not leak through the shoebox. I did paint the bottom of the box blue before adding the realistic water.

Is the item flammable ?

no and I have used it over the years.

I don't think you would want to, it's already cobalt-covered and looks more like toxic waste than water.
