True to size! Excellent find! Super supportive and very easy to put on. This brace also has metal supports on the side and reinforcement straps to make sure the brace stays on and doesn’t move. I would definitely buy this again.

Excellent support! This item is quite easy to put on , not having to be pulled up the leg from one's feet. It stays on where you put it, as it has double tightening straps. Also, in spite of a severely painful knee, it gives enough support to reduce the pain considerably, especially when doing something that would twist or pull the lower leg sideways or at any angle other than straight, such as if getting or in bed & needing to lift the injured leg up sideways. It doesn't really decompress to the extent you can stand your whole weight on an injured leg without some other kind of help as well, such as a cane; but it makes a world of difference when it comes to keeping your leg from twisting or turning. It's very comfortable, with none of the velcro scraping your skin and good padding on the knee cap. The metal side braces do their job well. I highly recommend this knee brace, and the low price is amazing. I tried others in the $50-70 range that were nearly impossible to get on and didn't help my pain very much.

Works well and provides good support. Generally comfortable and easy to put on or take off. My only issue is that the straps are the same length so the thigh area ends up snug while the calf area ends up loose. It still works well, just a small inconvenience. I would size up.

For me, the pain actually increases. I have severe arthritis and my leg is bowlegged. I had hoped for stability which it does provide, but this item also is uncomfortable. Itching after prolonged use.
