Ergotron – Notebook Tray – for Laptop, Notebook and Tablet Screens up to 17.3 inches – Add-on for VESA Monitor Arms (50-193-200)

Solidly built. I already had a Ergotron arm so I knew to expect the same industrial-robot type sturdy design. If you try to hold a monitor or laptop on the end of a 60cm long lever by the end of the lever you appreciate the need for strong materials. This was easily installed on an lx arm. The plate from the arm extends a bit beyond the plate on the tray, which doesn’t look as good as it could but it doesn’t interfere with the function. It holds the laptop well. For a modest investment I now have effectively both a standing desk and a way to display my laptop and external display side by side. This is welcome under current work-from-home conditions! For scale, the images show a 13 inch laptop, 24 inch monitor, and two lx arms with the normal length pole.

Very pleased and surprised how securely this tray holds my 15" laptop. Before buying I wasn't too fond of the grey aluminium bottom stays but once the laptop is on they're of course not visible. I just see the laptop and the black rubber knobs which is grand.

Excellent for large-medium sized laptops used with a docking station firmly screwed to the base plate.

Very Good product, works perfectly for my needs! I am using it with an Ergotron LX monitor arm and a MacBook Pro 15".

It works quite well. The "arm" does loose the fixture relatively early on, but it still works well.

Its great for normal users, but if there are any other clamping/tilt mechanisms, it'd be better ! That is all

本来はノートPC用のトレーですが、私は音楽制作で使用するコントローラーを載せて使っています。 VESA規格対応なのでモニターアームへ簡単に取り付けられ、デスクスペースを有効活用できるようになりました。手元へスッと引き寄せられるため操作性も良く、制作環境がとても快適になりました。 特に便利なのが、左右の支えアームの調整幅が広いことです。L字型に伸ばすことはもちろん、ハの字型にも調整できるため、横長・縦長を問わずさまざまな機材をしっかり支えられます。この自由度の高さは想像以上で、ノートPC以外の用途にも非常に使いやすいと感じました。 支えアームの調整は最初だけ少しコツが必要ですが、一度慣れてしまえばスムーズに変更できます。固定力もしっかりしており、安心して機材を載せられます。 使い勝手がとても良かったので、気に入って2台目も購入しました。作りの良さ、拡張性、安定感のどれを取っても満足度が高く、音楽制作はもちろん、タブレットや各種コントローラーを設置したい方にもおすすめできる製品です。私は購入して大正解でした。

This laptop tray is made of excellent quality and is very durable. It is solid that i move the mounting arm by grabbing this tray yet it doesn't bend at all despite the arm being hard to move or turn. The tray has two rods of steel that are extendable from underneath it to support larger size laptops, the steel rods have rubber hoods where they come in contact with the laptop so it doesn't get scratched. They can also be swiveled to left and right but i am not sure how this supposed to be helpful? I guess maybe to give you option to move it in case if they remain straight down the support end may block a port at the front of the laptop, thats my only explanation. To add to the excellent quality, they throw in an adapter if your mounting arm is larger than the standard VISA size for the screws. Also they throw in extra rubber hoods and velcro stripes of two different sizes if you want extra assurance that your laptop wont fall off the tray! I like its quality and the extra throw ins and how well they thought about its design although it is a simple product. It is worth its price, don't think twice.

Ergotron es una marca de muy buena calidad. Tengo 2 brazos de su marca, el LX y el HX. Ambos son productos que, aunque quizás son un poco caros, son de mucha calidad. Esta bandeja debe de ser usada por el brazo LX, ya que pesa muy poco y un portátil moderno no es excesivamente pesado. Viene con todo lo necesario para su correcta instalación, desde adhesivos de doble cara para pegar un dongle portátil, hasta tiras antideslizantes para evitar que se mueva tu portátil. El soporte es rígido y de buena calidad. Viene con todo el material necesario para su montaje, incluido el tornillo de 0 grados que bloquea el plato del brazo para evitar que gire sobre su propio eje. En general es un producto excelente, auque quizás es un pelin caro.
