Fiskars 5" Shear Ease Grass Shears, Grass Clippers for Lawn & Garden

I have arthritic hands and these grass shears are super light, sharp, and easy to squeeze with little to no effort. The cutting end can easily rotate to be flat or upright. The orange locking mechanism is well out of the way so it doesn’t accidentally lock while in use. Only usage will allow me to evaluate how long the blades stay sharp. I think these shears are a nice upgrade from my 35-year-old shears that are heavy and keep intermittently locking while I’m using them!

Got these for my cemetery kit to trim around the grave markers & they work great! Fiskars quality, ideal size & weight - also love the locking handle/blade feature. Amazon had the lowest price available when I ordered.

I purchased these to help trim a section of garden where the groundcover likes to over grow onto the patio. They are lightweight, durable, very sharp and cut cleanly, and overall I’m really pleased with them. They’ve sat in my deck box for a few months now with no rust. They will *not* cut woody sections, so keep that in mind - I’m also convinced that they won’t cut fingers off, so I assume they’re pretty safe. My only concern is that unless you are cutting at 90 degree angles, the scissor mechanism shuts off, which makes it a little cumbersome to get into the little nooks and crannies I need it to (and I also have to get lower to the ground), but overall, these are absolutely a good pair of shears.

Oh man that cutting will easygoing and I rotate other way to cut them back to other way. I’m telling you. It good product fisher cut u will need that simple trimmings and save gas haha

4th time to buy shears is charm. These Fiskars really work. Sharp, blade rotates easily, short blade but long enough, grip fits my hand, does not take undue force to operate so hand doesn’t tire. My edging never looked better. This one’s a winner!

Nice and sharp, did a great job the first two times I used them. Third use resulted in shears sticking together at the end of the cut. cleaned both times after use. Quite a disappointment. Although the company is highly rated, I won't be spending money with them again.

Sometimes weed walkers are not good. These shears worked great around my small tree. Very sharp. Good cut.

I used to go through a pair of garden lawn trimmers every two years or so, but these are excellent quality and have stood up to the abuse that they get. I do oil them with WD40 after use.

Cuts grass easily around difficult corners and curves. The locking button is at a place that often interferes with the right thumb. It needs a bit of adjustment by the operator to keep the thumb lifted at an awkward angle while using it.
