My mother had one of these in the 1960's. Classic nostalgia. Build quality and finish is good - mine is now full of tea and is in daily use. Beautiful.

Gorgeous caddy
I have decided to purchase loose tea now rather than teabags and I needed a caddy in which to store it. This caddy will easily store 250 grams of tea. I love the design on the caddy and it reminds me of the caddy my grandmother had. The lid is hinged which is really useful as well.

Memories of My Childhood Kitchen
I brought this tin because it is extractly the same pattern as the one I had in our kitchen back in the 1970s. If you like pattern buy it. If you don't like the pattern. Don't buy it. But it is a good quality tea or coffee ( these days) tin. But it is overpriced.

Reminds me of my grandma
