was excited to receive this product, but unfortunately, it arrived with a noticeable [describe damage, e.g., 'crack on the screen,' 'large dent in the side']. The packaging seemed fine, so the damage likely occurred before shipping. I'm very disappointed to have received a damaged item and will be seeking a replacement or refund."

It's a wonderful product that I have received ever from Amazon. It's very useful all through the year.. we can have instant hot water as per requirement and chilling cold water during hot Summer, I liked it most.
