I request a invite last week but I think I didn't get a email for the wave for 11/18 how can I send another invite because it doesn't let me do it?

Go to the sony ps5 site. I ordered mine Fri 11/25 and it arrived at my door today 11/26. I think they're trying to make this sound scarce when it's not. I noticed the same thing from other retailers, "Hurry! Sale! Limited supply!" then when you go to the store it's empty and merchandise is stacked up blocking the aisles.

How long does it take to receive a request?

I've been trying for like 3 months in like 5 different requests. And nothing. This is frustrating!

Which is better ps5 digital or ps5 disc ?

The disc version is better because both consoles are the same except that the disc version has a disc reader which gives you the option to buy games on CD. Otherwise both are identical. I bought mine directly from Sony a few months ago when the shortage ended.

Is this for the disc version?

The title description says "PS5 Digital Edition" but there's an option just below that lets you choose the disc version as well.
