Ok, so to start with, the postage is what makes it a little bit expensive. If I could have purchased the item off a shelf somewhere without having to pay the postage, it would have been even more perfect!Right then, to the job in hand. I bought some Kylie At Home bedding off of ebay which was described as being in excellent condition. Clearly the seller and myself have different ideas of excellent condition, as it had large unsightly orange rust stains, which on a white duvet cover, rendered it unusable :(I told the seller I would try to get the stains out, otherwise I would be returning it. The seller was none too helpful, wouldn't pay return postage even though it was their fault, so I figured for the price of the return postage, I may as well give this stuff a try. I had precious little else to lose.Let me just say, prior to this, I had soaked the duvet cover in Daz stain remover - no joy. Then I attacked it with Vanish - still no joy. Finally, I even tried BLEACH! Yes, BLEACH! As in Domestos! Didn't budge :( So having read the reviews for this, I knew it was pretty much my last hope at saving this beautiful bedding.Well, it arrived on a day I was out, but I couldn't wait to get home to try it out, and when I did, all I can say is WOW!!!! WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!! I read the instructions on the bottle, which said to ensure the stains were thoroughly soaked in the solution, and laid my duvet out on the kitchen table, with kitchen roll beneath the material. Then I poured the solution on . . . .Please bear in mind what I have told you - the HOURS I had spent already with three different products desperately trying to get these stains out! So you can imagine the wonder when these stains started fading away within SECONDS!!!! My jaw dropped! I felt like a magician! So I went to the next bit and poured some on that, and continued working my way around the stains - by the time I got back to the first stain, it was completely GONE!!! I even called my hubby to come witness the magic working, and he too was amazed!It said on the bottle to leave it for one to two hours, so even though the stains were gone in minutes, I still left it for an hour before putting it back in the wash with my regular detergent. After washing, the bedding looks like NEW!This product saved the day! It saved the bedding! The only thing it couldn't save was the sellers feedback rating, who shouldnt' have listed a badly stained item as being in excellent condition in the first place.Do I recommend it? YOU BET I DO!!! :)

I tried this as a last resort as I must have carried something metal up the stairs that was dripping water (can't think what) but I had rust stains on several stairs. I tried several things myself first, before I knew it was rust, then got a professional cleaner in. He cleaned all the carpet, which was great, but he told me it was rust and , being a wool carpet, nothing would get it out. I thought I would try this before replacing it. It is not recommended on carpets but I saw reviews saying they had used it, so I took a chance. A test spot seemed to indicate no damage so I went ahead and treated one stair, soaking some cotton wool and pressing it into the carpet. Some worked in half an hour, some needed an hour or 90 minutes, but the marks came out. I can now do the other spots another day. I am so pleased with this product. Unless the carpet disintegrates overnight or something, it's saved me well over £1,000 or my no claims discount on the home insurance!Update, after about 10 days the spots I had cleaned bizarrely started to become lighter so I think it must have removed some of the carpet colour as it fully dried. It's not a great deal, looks like someone spilt milk or something, and I found I was able to reduce the effect with a watered down dab of matching paint scrubbed in. All in all better than the rust though. Maybe I used too much?

Purchased to remove small rust stains from stone patio slabs. Although it is stated in the Amazon page description that the solution is suitable for this use it is not! Apart from the tiny 50ml bottle, the instructions make it clear that it is intended for clothing and other material, stating that it should be left for 1-2 hours but not to be allowed to dry out, before washing. The label states “Do not use on marble or other not acid-resistant material” - in other words, stone, concrete etc.!Very misleading!

So impressed this easily removed marks from the eifel tower from my sons white shirt when washing hot & using stain remover failed

Arrived fast under Amazon Prime which I needed as I couldn’t find this in the local shops.I purchased to remove rust from a new pair of cotton shorts after siting on a damp outside bench the same week. I followed the instructions exactly as directed which was clear and easy to follow but this product made no difference at all. The rust marks looked exactly the same. I followed the process twice just to be sure.

**I’m giving this product 5 stars because the product clearly works with rust but I was buying it to see if it could work for blood and it DIDN’T work.**My husband has eczema, scratches at night and our bedsheets are covered in small blood spots. I’m on a mission to try and remove the stains.I read that once blood has dried on and been washed on anything other than cold it has ‘set’ and turns essentially into a rust stain and this could work. So I tried it on some old set in blood stains on old sheets. I tried putting it on the stains, put cling film around the item to stop it drying out , and left it overnight. Longer than the 2 hours instructed. This morning the stains hadn’t budged even a little bit. As a side note the only thing to budge blood stains is hydrogen peroxide when the item *has not been washed!* then soaking it in an oxygen cleaner like napisan, rinse on cold in the machine and repeat up to 3 times for the stains to go. This works even on colours but can lighten them.Back to the drawing board to find something easier!!
