High protein content by volume, good flavor. This powder dissolves really well. It doesn't thicken up the liquid very much, which is fine by me. It also has amino acids, which I was looking for in a protein powder.

I love this protein powder. It mixes very well and tastes good with water or milk. It is definitely one of my favorites.

I struggle with binge eating so i need a diet that helps keep me full for longer when i’m trying to lose weight. This protein helps me by replacing breakfast after a morning work out and keeps me full till about lunch time! i also like to drink it when i feel hungry before bed. The chocolate fudge flavor helps curve any cravings for sweets as well because it taste like brownie batter !
