The product quality is very cheap and it’s not at all working properly and they have sent me a defective and missing part product and they don’t even have returning option don’t buy it’s a scame and don’t waste your money for this stupid product

I got this product lovingly for my parents. But this clock resets to zero or entirely different time automatically every two to three days. I have to bring it done from the all and set the time to correct time . This has happened five times within the past twenty days . The light is too bright to sleep under it. I was fascinated by the blue colour. But it looks like green or red are better than blue. This is a very pricey product. Despite that , the quality is substandard. I am repenting for having not returned it within the window period. WASTE OF MONEY … and TIME
