Why does the stated weight on package conflicts with this ad?

Hi I am not sure exactly what you are asking but I will try to answer. The ad states that each bag of rice weighs 250g; this is the net weight. The rice is packaged in water (so it doesn’t dry out) so the gross weight is greater, coming in at 380g per bag. The shipping weight is therefore considerably more than the total net weight. There are 6 bags of rice in the pack so the total net weight is 1500g (1.5kg). I hope this information helps.

Does this taste like basmati rice? Also, can I eat this on a ketogenic diet?

It doesn't taste like basmati rice but it is not the same thing. It eats like rice and it doesn't clump like long grain rice but you would not mistake it for actual rice. It is, however, very low in calories and is very nice to eat. I'm afraid I could not comment on a ketogenic diet.

Can I make sushi from this rice?

Maybe you can, I never tried to make sushi with it, only warn up and eat with stew
