Review: Does its job well for the price - but the foot definitely isn't "non-slip" - Not too much to say about this item: it folds easily/neatly and send fairly sturdy (I'm not overweight and fairly average height, so it's fine for me), but I'd simply like to highlight that the plastic cap that makes contact with the floor is just that, plastic. Ideally, I would be made of rubber. As is, if you use it on a hard surface - like a hard floor inside a large office building - you might find this is suddenly a whole lot less sturdy. I almost fell over the first time I used it on a polished office floor. Forewarned is forearmed; now I'm careful how I distribute my weight when walking on a shiny floor. There's (thankfully) no such issue when being used on pavements, though, again, when it's raining, a rubber foot would provide better grip. I'm also slightly worried about how long the foot will last. Being hard plastic, I'm resigned to it eventually cracking/splitting or simply wearing away. Before that happens I might try to use an old bike tyre to create a nice, grippy contact patch!
