This comprehensive program offers a well-rounded education for young students. The books' captivating exercises and colorful pictures keep my child interested and motivated. Practice time is pleasurable because the songs and pieces are enjoyable and appropriate for beginners. The books are organized nicely, progressively introducing new ideas. As they advance, this helps newcomers avoid feeling overwhelmed and fosters confidence in them.The books' occasional tendency to get through some subjects a little too quickly is the only small flaw I could find. Before going on to more advanced topics, it would be helpful for extremely young novices or those without any prior musical experience to go through some additional repetition and reinforcement of some basics. That being said, this is a doable problem with a little more effort and perseverance.

The ease of searching, shopping and fast shipping were the best aspects of this purchase. My kids use this for their piano classes and these books are very helpful.
