Wonderful aroma, good strength and thickness. Nice sweet and floral aroma, no artificial note. I still prefer the bourbon vanilla organic variety but this one does the job nicely. This will probably become my go-to vanilla extract when my top choice is unavailable.

I bought this product because it was sugar free. But really it’s a very light flavour and I had to use it very fast to taste the vanilla. Purchasing vanilla pods - expensive as they might seem- is much better value for money
