These are my go to for cod liver oil. It's a brand I trust and I've never ever had a negative experience with them. Easy to swallow for adults due to the shape. Decent size but could be smaller. At £9.00 a tub it's good value for money from a premium brand.

I've read previous reviews talking of 'fishy belches' afterwards. Since I'm actually a vegetarian, this worried me rather a lot!! If you're wondering why a veggie would take fish oil in gelatine, the answer is simply that there are certain nutrients you can get from veggie foods, and certain ones you cannot. Although you can get some omegas from things like eggs, you'll never get them in sufficient quantities, so this is me putting my health before my principles I'm afraid! Anyway, I have absolutely no unpleasant side effects from taking these capsules - and if I forget them for a day or two I double-up the dose and STILL have no side effects so I'm certain of that. Also, although I didn't believe I'd necessarily feel any different, I really do start to feel quite awful if I forget to take them for more than a week. Placebo effect? Possibly, but it's all nutrition I need so who really knows? All in all, I think this is a good supplement and I would recommend them.

These are big so a bit hard to swallow. No taste which is good for me . Would recommend .

Max strength for a healthy heart
There are a lot of brands around but you know what you are getting with these. They are high strength, not too large so are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste or smell. A lot of other brands have bigger packs but you have to take up to 3 a day to get the maximum Omega-3. These tablets are one a day and so last 2 months.
