The best light ever bought for my lounge , fits well , good lighting

The product was just what I was looking for. However on fitting the light the remote did not work. Seller told me several different things to get it to work and it still didn’t. I sent videos and photos and the best they offered was a replacement transformer and £10 discount even though I had the electrician out twice and spent significantly more. The transformer they sent is the right specification but does not match the transformer on the light so needs significant modification and the electrician still couldn’t guarantee it would work even if he did modify it. I asked the seller to replace the whole light and they refuse. They just tell me to send the old light back for a refund but I don’t have the packaging anymore. Stupidly I thought I was buying a brand new working light and wouldn’t need the packaging!!!! Amazon can do little as it comes direct from the seller. However i don’t understand why they won’t replace it when I can just order another and return this one. It’s no different. You can see both transformers in the first picture. The third picture is the new transformer with hardly any wires and the second picture is the existing transformer with many more wires hence my electrician said it needs significant modification. REALLY UNHELPFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO DEAL WITH AND I WOULD NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER.

Not too difficult to assemble and install. The attached connector does seem a bit flimsy and the transformer a bit fiddly. The controller took a bit to work out and needed pairing before it worked. The main gripe at the moment is that the setting the light was on last does not always return when using the rooms light switch to turn on and off, and the default cold bright light issued. So currently a 3.5* review

The pain of taking the plastic film is very great. It had taken more than 2 hours to take this film off. But it looks very nice. I would recommend two or three people to help install the light.
