Zen Bliss was a nice surprise,, it didn't have that chalky taste or even an after taste. its very pleasant and blends well. I added it to my afternoon fruit smoothie. I mainly took it because magnesium is a mineral that is so important to your health and hard to get in your normal diet. I can't say that it calmed me cause I'm a pretty laid back person but it did seem to help with leg muscle fatigue while running.

I’ve tried a few magnesium drinks before, but this one stands out because it calms you without making you feel drowsy or out of it. It’s become part of my nighttime routine, especially after long or stressful day. It doesn’t instantly knock you out like melatonin, but it definitely makes it easier to wind down and fall asleep naturally. I’ve also used it during the day when I feel anxious, and it helps take the edge off without affecting my focus.

I have trouble sleeping and thought I'd give this product a try. It's been nice, I would say it's effective, it's a nice soft effect and I'm glad it doesn't have a strong or weird taste

Nice and calming effect and mixes easily into water with no bad taste. Works great, will be buying again!

It was ok…flavor was ok…but it started to harden inside of the container and I had to break up chunks over time and ended up throwing some of it away.
