This is a great product, easy on the stomach. I usually just take one , it doesn’t the job. You will need no more than two nor does it take long to start its process. If you have a early morning start need system to be clear, it’s best to take it right after dinner.

These are by far the best pills for digestion to me. I have tried others and this is the best. I tried prune juice at first and didnt get the results needed, however, I found these and I took 2 for a few months and realized with 3 they TRULY get the job done! If you are backed up, constipated, or just want a great bowel movement or a few, take these. Great as a detox too. It helps cleanse and pull all of what you have inside of your intestines out! Take these and drink plenty of fluids and you will be going in no time. Don't plan to go anywhere because you will be running to the bathroom. Good luck!

I love this product. I’ve tried other products in the market but they make my cramp a lot. But the product doesn’t do that. I will recommend this to my friends.
