Excelente iluminación, excepto por el Power Tap
Muy buena lámpara, práctica con sus opciones de luz focalizada, de rango amplio y luz roja fácilmente intercambiables con el interruptor secundario; así como con su cambio de intensidad suave y continuo. El único aspecto que no me agrada es el Power Tap, ya que muchas veces sólo por acomodar la inclinación de la lámpara se activa, o al pasar la cabeza cerca de algo. Sí es molesto que se active tan fácilmente.

Compact and powerful
Bought this model Spot because of the dual peer capability. Also bought the Black Diamond 1500ah battery and charger. So far it works well. No quality issues. Opening and closing battery compartment is a bit more fussy than previous model, but overall lamp is lighter.

Problems with previous model addressed. Excellent headlamp now.
Replacement for the original. Black Diamond has fixed the fatal flaw with previous model....a clip that broke off the battery compartment which was slightly undersized to fit the batteries and still shut the case without straining the closing latch until it broke early in the life of the product. This new version has one fewer battery, but I've experienced no significant issue with the brightness or the battery life because of this change. The case opens and closes much more easily without losing water-tightness. Too bad I paid so much for the short life of the first version.
