Measurements are normally in inches for U.S. sales. I recommend 2 inches over the comfortable pants waist size a person wears or the closest size belt at or above 2” over the actual waist measurement. Make sure they are returnable in case the wrong size is purchased. All companies brands like clothing sizes do not always fit the same. The width of the belt can also affect the fit. Good shopping!
