How do I know if fake?

You don't. If you go onto the Elizabeth Arden website and look for fragrances, there is no mention of Blue Grass, that I could find anyway.

I tend to lean for the sweet perfunes, can anyone help with the smell smell???

Hi. This perfume is not sweet. I think it’s rather heavy. More green foliage than sweet flowers. It really is lovely but if you after sweet I don’t think this is for you. Try Arden’s Sun flowers that’s sweet and also lovely. Both last all day. Worth the money. Hope that helps.

Stood the test if time.

Beautiful old school fragrance but don't let old school mislead you..its a clever blend of floral and fresh and has a lovely boho, retro vibe. Lasts well and gets better and better as it warms and develops on the skin. I've grown up with it so I may be biased.
