Review: A company that stands behind their products! - This company not only responded to my emails promptly, but took the time to find out how many links I needed and sent them out to me right away! As for the ring they gave me a refund for that portion of the sale. At this point, I have enough links now to wear the bracelet on my ankle and have no worry ordering again. In fact, I like the bracelet so much I may order a couple more designs for my self and a few for some family members. It really has helped to stop the leg aches! I didn't expect such high customer service...it was completely refreshing! Edit: I really like the way the bracelet looks and after reading a review that the company responded to their email...I sent them an email with my concerns. They responded within a day! It is so rare to see such excellent customer service that I am going to put this back to 5 stars and will update if for any reason there is a problem getting these issues resolved. Within hours of the first time wearing the ring I noticed one end of the ring was gone. And it revealed that it is not solid copper but a copper plating over what looks like plastic. Also the video makes it seem like it is adjustable to a longer length... and adjustable is mentioned several times on the web page... but it is not. It arrived at about 8 1/2" and although you can make it shorter, there is no way to make it longer. I really wanted to wear it on my ankle since I am having chronic pain in my leg and expected extra links to be included... they were not. I have laid it out on my ankle while watching a movie and it did feel better... but maybe from not moving around??? I don't know, I wish it could be made longer... and I wish the ring was solid copper as it probably wouldn't have snapped off right away. Is the bracelet solid copper??? Or is it also plated?? 3 stars because it is very pretty.
