Review: Great as a butter knife - Was brought up at home (I’m now 60) using a Prestige palette knife for spreading butter on our bread but I have never been able to find one of these knives for myself in the shops. Individual butter knives are available but I find these too small, inflexible and not fit for purpose so I was pleased when I saw this.
