Arrived quickly and after a quick charge decided to give it a go ! Was very impressed straight from the off easy to use powerful and could be used on lower back or abs . I have used this daily for a couple of weeks now and found it really helps my sciatica !!! Which was a suprise for me as I initially bought this for firming up and strengthening my core . All in all this is an amazing product with multiple uses , great quality and easy to use . I would rate this 5 stars and would recommend to anyone to give this a try thanks 🙂

I have used EMS type toning belts/tens machines for toning or stimulating muscles for many years. (Especially when unable to go running or cycling due to injuries). After recently suffering an ACL tear and unable to stand I thought I'd try and see what this modern product would be like. I have a slendertone belt which is over 15 years old which is of better build quality and packs more of a punch (on the first couple levels) compared to the max level of this belt. Did not feel any "delayed onset muscle soreness" (DOMS=the good muscle pains after working out for the first time in a long time) as I have previously experienced with tens machines and the slendertone belt. I thought technology moves forward, but in this case no! its quite flimsy, the way the controller slots in via 2 buttons didn't feel right either. For the same price or maybe less, you could buy a Chinese style tens machine which will give you a solid chargeable ems machine which can be used for pressure point, massage, fat burning and muscle toning/growth.

I have been using it for a couple of months now, my stomach definition hasn’t changed, I was expecting it to look a lot better.

You’re not going to get abs from this, its a light belt that velcros around your belly and has a few modes and 9 intensity levels per mode, not weights, however it does help to tone down the tum and refine a little as long as you stick to a good diet too It’s a good little helper (and you quickly get used to the strange sensation)

I recently purchased the AbS Muscle Stimulator and I am over joyed with my purchase. It's truly a game-changer when it comes to toning and strengthening my core. Very easy to use and the included instructions make it so easy to get started. I was unsure at first, but after using it for a few days, I could feel a difference in my abs and my posture changing for the better. I was unsure prior to purchase but I thought I would give it a chance anyway, glad I did. The various intensity levels allow me to customize my workout to my needs and the size makes it easy to take with me wherever I go. Overall, I highly recommend the ABS Muscle Stimulator to anyone looking to improve their core strength and tone. It has exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be purchasing more products from this brand in the future. Five stars

The controller until did not hold charge. The controller did not stay attached to the belt. It lacked any power at all, was like it was not even switched on. The belt was massive and could go round twice. The return has been a joke a week on no refund. Don’t bother.

I am so sorry that I have to review this so poorly. What it does right : Easy to use. Mode 4 feels good up to intensity 3. What it doesn't do right : Not easy to keep in permanent contact with the skin if you're relatively skinny (68kg , 1.82m / 6ft tall) because of the velcro areas not covering enough of the belt. Any other mode except mode 4 feels crappy, cannot feel a workout. Mode 4 above intensity 3-4 feels like you're getting electrocuted...I literally felt the typical electrical stings from the jolts. After about 10 minutes my skin absorbed most of the moisture so I had to take it off to re-apply water. I couldn't sit comfortably (my plan was to use this whilst working from home, at the desk) because as soon as I lean back on my chair, the belt looses contact with my abdomen. When I first ordered it, this was £60. Now it's £45. I would probably pay £10-£15 if I really wanted it. Nowhere close to an actual abdominal workout.

Hallo zusammen, gerade nach dem Training eine super Ergänzung. Oder eben einfach bei einem Film auf der Couch eine zusätzliche positive Belastung für den Bauchbereich. Man kann definitiv den Bauch damit definieren und das Nebenbei, ohne in ein Fitness Studio zu gehen. Vom Handling super, nicht wie früher mit Batterien. Einfach den Akku aufladen und los gehts. Die Pads sind wiederverwendbar und super mit Wasser zu besprühen, als zusätzliches Leitmittel. Qualität und Handhabung haben volle Punkte. Die EMS Technologie ist gegenüber früher schon verbessert, jeder wo seinen Körper etwas definieren möchte ist hiermit richtig. Im Lieferumfang ist ein Handbuch, das eigentliche Gerät, Ladekabel für den Akku wo einfach drauf gesetzt wird. Alles in allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung
