Review: Follow the instructions and it works. - Had a very acid pool below 6.8. Put in 1 kg of powder and left the pump circulate. Tested and the water was now on 6.8. Added another 600 gms and we were at 7.6 on the PH test perfect.
Review: A little bit goes a long long way - Good value for money. Don't need much for a 12ft Pool. Works quickly. There's a little bit of maths involved but I would always err on the side of less because it is easier to add more than to decrease the pH.

**Q: What type of pools can it be used for? What happens if I use too much product?**
A: Our pH regulators are suitable for all types of pools: detachable, in-ground, saltwater chlorination, and hot tubs. Excessive use destabilizes the pH, causes irritation, or affects the chlorine. We recommend using the regulators gradually.

**Q: What is the recommended dosage?**
A: To lower the pH-: use 10 g per 1,000 liters to reduce the pH by 0.2 units. To raise the pH+: use 10 g per 1,000 liters to increase the pH by 0.2 units. Before applying, measure the water’s pH with strips or a digital meter.

**Q: Can it be used with children in the pool?**
A: Yes, it is safe once the product has been properly dissolved and the pH has stabilized between 7.2 and 7.6.

**Q: How often should I add the product? How long should I wait to bathe after applying the product?**
A: Only when the pH is outside the ideal range. It is not necessary to apply it every day if the levels are correct. We recommend waiting at least 4 hours, with the filtration system turned on, and only entering if the pH has reached the ideal range.

**Q: How is it applied correctly?**
A: Dissolve the product in a bucket of water and pour it in front of the jets with the filter running. Avoid pouring the product in when swimmers are in the pool. Wait at least 4-6 hours before swimming, and re-measure the pH.
