Love Staub
I had wanted this pot for a while but was on the expensive side. Brought it when the price came down a little and have no regrets. Its a beautiful looking pot and great to cook in. Its versatile and cleans well. Looks great on my range. The only downside is that it is very heavy

stunning colour, great quality as always from Stuab, tight seal when cooking
fab colour, seals well, used it to steam fish, also fry of steak as well. not bulky, only used it on the hob at present.

Staub has delivered an amazing quality pot in a versatile size, perfect for my family of five. I bought this for the round-bottom shape, which is hard to find, especially at this price point. All the meals I've made have turned out perfectly and it looks great on the table. I'm yet to try an actual Bouillabaisse in my Bouillabaisse pot though.

This is an amazing stir fry pot, it is very versatile. The thick bottom and heat retention is great for Indian sabzis and Chinese stir fries. I'm here to get a second one after using it everyday for 4 years, it still looks new and works amazing. No chipping and cold evenly. Even my mother-in-law, who is very critical, loves cooking with this as it's similar to Indian 'bandalis'. The taro, cabbage, and potatoes are cooked very crisp and perfect, and makes a great chef out of you. Can't recommend highly enough.
