Not sure how effective blue light glasses are but I wanted to give them ago as someone who works using a computer and has to also study and therefore use a screen sometimes. I want to protect my eyes as best as possible while I still can! They are comfortable on, there is no glare for me when I wear them, but looking at me front on the glasses do slightly reflect. The style is really nice.
