LEGO Architecture 21029 Buckingham Palace Building Set

Fantastic Lego set which was an early Birthday present for my son when he was doing a project at school on famous palaces. As he loves Lego so much and based his project on Buckingham Palace - this was the perfect gift. Took some time to build but he thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely recommend!

Any Lego Architecture fan would want this in the collection, especially a Brit! Purchased at a very competitive price-point, compared to many other examples available online - some of which are not even MISB! Great buyer experience, item delivered ahead of projected due date. Excellent all round.

Bought for my husband who had also built the London sky line set (wheel, Big ben etc). My 10 year old granddaughter also built the London set. These are a great addition to Lego if a tad expensive, though I do appreciate the skill behind the design.

Very good set. Easy to build, and the finished model is quite authentic looking. Would be more authentic if it included more than just the East Wing facade.

LOved this! I'm 27 and have gone back to building Lego. I find it so therapeutic. This is great once built, bigger than the Venice model that I built just before. Took me a few hours, the only issues I had was on the instructions it can be hard to tell colours apart. Slightly challenging for younger people maybe. I'd love to get a new set harder again,

Bought this for my grandson aged 8 and he loves it. He has yet to complete it as it is term-time, but will probably work on it during half-term. He is very protective of his LEGO; no one is allowed to help except to finds pieces. His wrath is aroused if anyone tries to build!

Fun to build when it first arrived but pieces are missing from the set so I’ve had to pause it until I can get them individually but the pieces I need are out of stock so that’s rubbish

Hallo, mal wieder beschert uns Lego mit zwei neuen Modellen aus der Architecture Reihe über die sich die Fans freuen dürfen: -Das Kapitol, 1035 Teile -Buckingham Palace, 780 Teile Ich hab die neuen Modelle (Architecture Kapitol + Architecture Buckingham Palace) bereits im Urlaub in Italien in einem Fachgeschäft in Bozen gesehen und war überrascht, dass es sie dort schon zu kaufen gab. Hab nun mehrere Tage gewartet und die Produkte schließlich zum günstigeren Preis auf Amazon gekauft. Das würde ich auch jedem raten, denn im Fachgeschäft kosten sie immer ein bisschen mehr als hier Das Modell selbst ist natürlich sehr schön und der Aufbau hat mir Spaß gemacht. Es macht sich gut auf meinem Schreibtisch und vor allem wenn man noch ein paar Fotos vom Original einrahmt und dazu stellt. Man sieht dass das Modell dem Original nahe kommt und man erkennt die Ähnlichkeiten. Mit 780 Teilen ist das Modell zwar das kleinere der beiden neuen Modelle, aber das tut dem Spaß an der Sache keinen Abbruch. Dass das Modell nichts zum Spielen und eher für Erwachsene gedacht ist sollte wohl klar sein. Doch genauso gut Kinder und Jugendliche können sich an dem Modell erfreuen was den Aufbau angeht, das macht auch mir als Erwachsener viel Freude. Der Aufbau erfolgt Lego typisch intuitiv und sehr einfach. Die Anleitung ist sehr übersichtlich und wie gehabt im typischen Lego-Anleitung-Stil. Das kann auch eine 5 Jährige problemlos aufbauen ;) das Modell ist dann eben zum Anschauen gedacht, viel dran rum spielen mit Figuren und so ist eben nicht drin. Außerdem sind in der Anleitung ein paar schöne Details und Fotos zum Originalen Gebäude in London vorhanden Zum Preis: 45€ (Zum Zeitpunkt meiner Rezension) sind ganz okay, für den ein oder anderen Käufer bzw. Interessenten evtl. erst mal etwas zu viel. Aber man bekommt immerhin ein schönes Modell dessen Aufbau viel Spaß macht. Wer will kann sich mit dem Buckingham Palace einen schönen Platz in der Vitrine machen, evtl. mit Fotos vom Original dazu (Gibts auch in der Anleitung von Lego) Fazit: Alles in einem ein tolles Modell, der Aufbau macht Spaß und optisch sieht das Modell gut aus. Der Preis ist OK. Ich bin zufrieden damit Auch für dieses Modell gebe ich eine Empfehlung! Grüße, Dennis

Perfecto regalo de reyes. El tiempo de construcción fue de unas cuantas horas lo que asegura el entretenimiento. Las piezas vienen en diferentes bolsitas más o menos siguiendo el orden de montaje, pero no exactamente así que tiene su toque incertidumbre. Desde luego es original y el resultado finale s muy bonito.
