Great multi vit for pregnancy, used throughout my pregnancy and they were very effective- never dropped below required iron levels for example. They are quite big tablets though for those that struggle to take tablets- to be fair I used to be one of those but after a while of using I found it easier n easier to swallow them.

As soon as my fiancé and I found out we were having a baby, I spent some time researching what vitamins she would require throughout the pregnancy and with help from the midwife, we were pointed towards Pregnacare... my fiancé is now 26 weeks and everything is going great... The tablets themselves are easy to consume, not too big (please see my picture for an idea of the size). My fiancé takes one tablet every morning (along with an omega 3 tablet). However if you consume the tablet on an empty stomach, it can encourage nausea/sickness, as my fiancé discovered. So we advise to take the tablet after breakfast/meal. My fiancé noticed her nails growing fast and very strong, with her hair feeling thick. Her skin has also been glowing throughout the pregnancy. I’ve noticed a lot of questions around the expiry date of the product, so for everyone’s information - I ordered the last box on 07/12/19 and the expiry date is April 2022. Although it’s advised for women to take 400 mcg of folic acid from trying to conceive, until the 12 week mark, it’s highly recommend (especially by midwifes) to continue taking it throughout your pregnancy. One negative, would be that the tablets melt very easily if your hand is warm, leaving the residue on your hands and a horrible taste in your mouth after consuming. Overall, my fiancé and I are really happy with the benefits from Pregnacare, it’s great value on Amazon too, you’ll pay much more on the high street. We will keep ordering until our daughter is born.

Unarguably the best pregnancy formula

So much cheaper than my local supermarkets or other high street shops, quite a large pill so if you struggle swallowing tablets it might be best to take with some yogurt which I’ve found helpful. Doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth like some vitamins.

Pregnacare vitamins have been brilliant throughout my pregnancy! Easy to take daily and packed with the nutrients I need. I’ve felt steadier energy levels, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I’m supporting both my health and my baby’s development.
