I thought they would have some texture feeling to them from the photos with the glitter, but they are very smooth to the touch. I got them in an 8.5 just in case as I’d rather have them a little bigger than too tight with no time to get the right size before Saturday. There is a good inch to inch and a half between my toes and the front of the boot. So, I guess I would say they pretty much run true to size. They are not overly wide or overly narrow - I feel like Goldilocks because they are just right. I seriously think I will wear these as much as possible. If you’re debating it, buy the boots!!
