Wow what a beautiful fire...delivery was quick and the fire looks absolutely amazing and good quality. The heat is perfect, I have a large kitchen diner and the heat on the low setting heats the whole room lovely and having a remote control so that you don’t even have to get up is an absolute bonus. This fire looks stunning with the white stones and fire effect there is a slight hum from the heat setting though but you quickly forget about it and it certainly wouldn’t do your head in, the led back lights makes this fire even more beautiful and more expensive looking, I just love it and worth every penny...the fire came with wall brackets and screws and was very easy to install but I would recommend using longer wall plugs and screws than the ones provided. I am one very happy customer 😀

I decided to purchase this wall fire after reading reviews and I’m so glad I did. This is one of the best products I’ve brought on Amazon and I’ve brought a few. Super quick delivery and although it took a bit of time for my son to work out the fitting instructions once he did it took him about 30 mins to set up on the wall. The fire itself is so stylish with its white surround and flames looks so realistic and the back lights just add the perfect touch and it looks stunning on my wall. Added to all this the fact that this is also a thermostat heater with two settings that turns off once it reaches the required temperate. The one and only thing I would change is the plug and lead color to white but this still wouldn’t make me rate this lower than 5*. Stylish, beautiful and great value for money

Fire was good whilst it lasted. However only lasted 18 months, when raised with the seller they advised to buy a new one. If you look at other reviewers who have had the same issue the seller states "The fires have been massively upgraded now", not much sympathy who the purchaser as the use of the word massively suggests they knew of a fault. The only upgrade stated on the product page though appears to be regarding the LED lights. Therefore, I cannot rule out that purchasing this product will last any longer and conveniently just after the warranty ends. The seller says I am being mean by giving a one star review but at the end of the day that has been my experience with this product, I am not going to keep buying this every 18 months. I have another similar product in my house which was purchased for less and that is still going after 5 years.

Looks good easy to fit good value for money, I hoped it would be more powerful.

Really nice modern fireplace, looks lovely and flames are very realistic. Delivery was really quick and it was packed well. It has lost 1 star because the frame that hangs on the front is slightly wonky so we’ve had to improvise by raising one side to make it straight. Our tv remote also seems to control it which is strange! But overall really happy with it.
