Let me tell you that these o-rings do an excellent job at masking a lot of the sound that is produced by the key caps. The o-ring itself just sits on top of the cherry switch, the installation of these o-rings was a little fiddly but I got there in the end. The o-ring has a very nice feel to it when it is installed onto the keyboard, this product also increases the key response slightly as you are not bottoming out the keys anymore.Overall, I would recommend these o-rings to anyone who is interested in reducing the sound produced by their keyboard as well as increasing the key response.
