Science in Sport Hydro Electrolyte Tablets, Lemon, 20 Tablets

Very pleased with performance of these tablets. Containing 4 key of electrolyte solutions this ensure that body metabolize correctly to enhance much needed hydration. As things heat up, it is to look towards this kind of product for additional health benefit. These tabs are lemon flavoured which adds to enjoyment. Easily they dissolve in water after just some minutes. Now these have also B1 B2 B6 of vitamin subcategory, this is aiding at reducing fatigue state. Really these are very simple in their application and it have to be said great work to all involved. SIS continue to show how it is know how of specific scenario that gain specific objective in certain area of interest. All tubes full, with correct numbers inside. Thank you very much.

Very handy in the portable tube they come in, it maintains the freshness. Helps me during my intense workouts and the citrus one has a good flavour to it. I would probably use the powder form in a tub from the same manufacturer in the future as it works out cheaper per drink made. These tablets however are very convenient.

Better value for 8 packs, but disappointed that 11 month best before date, so consider usage based on this. I like the lemon flavour disguising plastic water taste as well as the electrolyte benefit. Also not over sweet taste :)

Great for replacing heavy sweat loss, first class electrolyte replacement, not sweet, which is good. Just does the job

I like the Berry flavour of these but not the lemon so much. Despite that I really think they make a difference to how I feel after a workout if I don’t use electrolytes in my water. My energy levels are better and I feel good after taking these. They aren’t too weak or strong to taste, I’d say they’ve got this right.

Disappointed it didn't have much of lemon flavour, probably won't buy lemon flavour again. Berry is nice though. Overall I like that its portable and I can drink when I'm on the go which makes it easy to use. I feel hydrated and energised also. Just that taste wasn't too good, and it was more expensive than the other flavours.

Good value for money great product

The lid was partly open on arrival, and the first tablet was partly missing, almost in half. I took them all out of the tube to inspect them. There was 20 tablets, including the damaged one. There was no broken bits from the damaged tablet in the tube. So must have come out of the tube as it was partially open. Flavour; I gave the half tablet a go. Maybe I shouldn’t have. Anyway flavour was nice, so will continue with this product for the price.

They are perfect for what I wanted

Queste compresse effervescenti contenenti elettroliti sembrano tutte uguali, indipendentemente dal produttore e hanno tutte, più o meno, lo stesso prezzo, con un boom di vendite estivo davvero considerevole, quando il caldo attanaglia sia pigri che sportivi, rendendo necessaria l'integrazione di ciò che perdiamo col sudore. In realtà, però, le cose stanno diversamente. A fare la differenza sono gli ingredienti utilizzati e i loro dosaggi: è molto facile scrivere "elettroliti" e poi inserire all'interno della compressa una dose di sodio ridicola, proprio del minerale che perdiamo maggiormente a causa dell'afa estiva e con la sudorazione. Questo prodotto, invece, ha un rapporto equilibrato tra i componenti e, soprattutto, utile per una reale integrazione di supporto: potassio, cloruro, calcio, magnesio e sodio non sono presenti in quantità infinitesimali, come invece accada con molti prodotti da supermercato, e il loro bilanciamento è corretto, con l'aggiunta di una leggera dose di vitamina B6, che non fa la differenza ma non guasta nemmeno. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo, posso dirvi di aver fatto un'approfondita ricerca prima dell'acquisto e di aver optato per questo articolo proprio perché il rapporto qualità-prezzo era il migliore sul mercato (ho confrontato ben 14 prodotti presenti su Amazon). Il gusto è accettabile, bevibile, ma sicuramente non invoglia al consumo. Vi consiglio, dopo il totale scioglimento della compressa, di girare il composto, per eliminare la schiuma che tende a emergere: renderà la bevuta più piacevole. L'effetto rigenerante, però, vale davvero il prezzo del prodotto. Ottimo e consigliatissimo!!!

Not very strong SIS is a lot better’s

Ho acquistato queste compresse effervescenti al gusto limone per utilizzarle durante le mie uscite in bici, sciogliendole direttamente nella borraccia, e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. Si sciolgono facilmente in acqua e non lasciano residui. Il gusto limone è gradevole, fresco e non troppo dolce, cosa che personalmente apprezzo molto quando si pedala per diverse ore. Non risultano pesanti da bere e non danno fastidio allo stomaco. La confezione da 60 compresse è comoda e dura parecchio, soprattutto se si utilizza il prodotto con regolarità. Anche il formato delle pastiglie è pratico da portare con sé, così da poterle usare all’occorrenza senza ingombrare troppo. Nel complesso le trovo una soluzione valida per reintegrare i sali durante l’attività sportiva, con un buon equilibrio tra praticità e gusto. Le ricomprerei senza problemi.
