Very pleased with performance of these tablets. Containing 4 key of electrolyte solutions this ensure that body metabolize correctly to enhance much needed hydration. Easily they dissolve in water after just some minutes. Now these have also B1 B2 B6 of vitamin subcategory, this is aiding at reducing fatigue state. These are easy to use just pop them in your water and go. One tablet is plenty for a pint sized glass they are about the size of a 10p however they do taste a bit foul

Better value for 8 packs, but disappointed that 11 month best before date, so consider usage based on this. I like the lemon flavour disguising plastic water taste as well as the electrolyte benefit. Also not over sweet taste :)

If you want electrolytes and no sugar in your hydration this achieves that and taste is fine.

Buen sabor, no es dulce. Se disuelve bien en el agua. Lo uso en los partidos de pádel y me funciona mejor que beber sólo agua. Lo he comprado varias veces y repetiré. He comprado el formato de 3 tubos.

Le goût est agréable, bien loin de ces boissons chimiques qu’on trouve parfois sur le marché. C’est frais, naturel et vraiment agréable à boire, même après une séance intense. Côté hydratation, c’est parfait. Après avoir testé, je me sens vraiment plus réhydraté et moins fatigué. Idéal pour les sportifs ou même pour ceux qui cherchent juste à bien s'hydrater au quotidien. Un excellent produit, je recommande !
