HEX Computer Glasses PC Anti UV Anti Glare Light Blue Amber Yellow Lens

I got these as part of my self-compassion and because I had heard they work for some people not others - I was willing to see how I found them. I don't use them for gaming, hence I gave 3 stars for that, so I can't comment. I don't use them for my computer screen but more for general use. They are great but I don't wear them all the time. They feel lovely and it's nice that they have their own cleaning cloth and case.

I purchased these gaming glasses to protect my eyes from the harmful blue light. I use them daily when at home when I play my xbox and go on my phone. They definitely take stain off my eyes and they do help me sleep a lot quicker. I usually have trouble trying to sleep because my brain is still active after having exposure to blue light, but because of these glasses they help me shut down at night. I really do recommend these. The design it not something I would wear in public, but who’s going to see you while sitting at your desk?

The science behind these glasses is pretty simple, and widely accepted. The sort of blue light emitted by monitors is too harsh for our eyes, and extended viewing leads to headaches, eye-strain, and makes it harder to get to sleep if we're looking at a screen at night. There are two ways of reducing this problem, either by adjusting your monitor to shift more towards yellow light, or wearing something that filters out the blue. I use "night shift" on my phone and iPad to do that in software, but adjusting a PC or TV screen to do the same is a bit of a fiddle to set up, and you need to change back once you've finishes playing. These glasses do the same job, and are as easy to use as putting them on and off. I've noticed a difference both in eye-strain, and getting to sleep more easily. Sure, they don't look too cool, but who's going to see you using them? Well worth the money.

Great item, effective protection for your eyes. It's not just about 'feeling good' or 'avoiding fatigue' -- but blocking out constant UV exposure of your eyes helps fencing off so-called age-related vision issues, including macular degeneration or the dieing-off of receptor cells in the eye. Teach yourself about how that happens, and spend the handful of bucks for this item to protect your eyesight! Recommended.

I'll give it three stars because they do what they say and they are comfortable. However, I wouldn't recommend these for gaming, they didn't work well for me at least. I found the yellow tint was a bit too much for myself it made everything look weird. Due to that it made it harder for me to spot people in the game so I ended up doing worse.

All I can say about these glasses is wow they are brilliant and well worth the money what a difference they make everything appears so much clearer

These really work for my sons eyes. The tint is very yellow/orange but he knows its better than panda eyes.

these did not fit very well at all. they feel very very cheap and as if they could break at any moment. i bought these because ive just had an operation on one of my eyes and needed something to allow me to play xbox longer. these shan't be the ones to do that!
