I need to remove the chain set, the chain set was very well seated. Recommendations were to use a hammer with a drift (piece of wood) or get one of these as per the manufacturers recommendations. I'd tried unsuccesfully to dislodge the part with a rubber mallet to no effect, a 3-4 swift but firm blows with this and it came straight out. No damage to the part. It's got a good weight and is well balanced.
