Pearington 25-Shelf Mobile/Wall Mountable Art Drying Rack for Art Studios & Classrooms, 13" D x 17.5" W x 39.4" H, Blue/White

I have purchased a few different art rAcks and this is my favorite rack. It was easy to assemble and very well packaged as not to damage the rack. The size is great for my art rooms and because I do many larger projects it holds those as well as smaller projects. I love the way I canove it around the room with ease because of the wheels. It is very sturdy and I am very pleased with this rack.

This product took me about 20 minutes to unbox and fully assemble. It will hold canvases up to 16x20 although the shelves are not wide enough for Gallery wrap canvases. You can see that I put one gallery canvas below the lowest shelf, that's the only place it would fit. However, it handles regular stretched canvases and canvas boards very well. The shelves weren't all exactly even, I could have easily corrected this with a pair of pliers, but I just used the narrower ones for canvas boards and the wider ones for stretched canvases.

The rack looks good and was easy to assemble. It is a great compact size for my small classroom. However, every 3 or 4 racks there is a bent one that rests on the rack below it, rendering that slot useless as wet artwork would be touching the rack. Also, the top rack was coming apart at the attachment point, like where the pieces are welded together. So I'm not sure how long it will last. I am disappointed as this affects the functionality of this equipment right out of the box.

Now I can take my clotheslines down from across the top of my art supplies shelves, and pick up all the wax/parchment paper off the floor, used while my prints were drying. It took me about 1/2 hour to assemble the freestanding cart and I do not have a engineering degree. The shelves were easy to install and move up and down nicely. MY only complaint is that the white shelves have random chips in the white powder coat paint, so they probably weren't all damaged in shipping... seems more like a assembly line/packing issue or a product failure... A little white enamel spray paint this Spring will take care of that. Otherwise, I am pleased with the drying rack.

Great to have found a drying rack for my prints at home. It’s just the right size for small spaces, very simple to assemble and sturdy. The only annoying aspect is some of the white paint/coating on the individual racks chipped off during installation. Otherwise perfect for my space and studio needs. With this price point if I had more space I would buy a few vs the giant drying racks you’d see in a classroom/larger space.

Not sturdy and the wire shelves are easily bent. Some shelves don’t hang evenly and are too close to the next shelf. Too small for most art making, might more in a classroom for small children working on small paper.

Got it to Dontae to the Kindergarten teacher and they use it daily. Sturdy enough to support the weight of a full classroom of students projects while small enough to not take up a lot of space.

I have spent years wanting an art drying rack and so I have extensively researched them and their different features. I love how the rocks can come off this one so that it makes loading bottom racks up so easy. I can fit two regular sheets of paper side by side easily on each rack. It's seemed a little small when I first put it together but that's because I was remembering my art teachers big, giant one. This is better for classroom teachers who only have 1 art project at a time.
